AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the departments of executive services, local services, natural resources and parks, public health, and King County sheriff's office; and establishing the effective date of the agreements.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the departments of executive services, local services, natural resources and parks, and public health, and the King County sheriff's office, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     Appended to the Coalition Labor Agreement are the following supplemental agreements:

                     A.  Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 030 Agreement between King County and the Service Employees International Union, Local 925 - Department of Community and Human Services [030];

                     B.  Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 214 Agreement between King County and Public Safety Employees Union - King County Sheriff's Office [214]; and

                     C.  Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 350 Agreement between King County and the Joint Crafts Council - Department of Executive Services, Department of Local Services, Department of Natural Resources and Parks, and Department of Public Health [350].

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2026, through and including December 31, 2028.
