      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Professional & Technical Bargaining Unit) representing employees in the departments of Executive Services, Natural Resources and Parks, and Transportation, and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from
January 1, 2002, through and including December 31, 2004.
