      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Public Safety Employees Union (Non-Commissioned Professional Employees) representing employees in the King County sheriff's office, which consists of Attachments A and B to this ordinance, is hereby approved.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2013, through and including December 31, 2015.
