      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Public, Professional & Office-Clerical Employees and Drivers, Teamsters Local 763 (Communications Specialists) representing employees in the king county sheriff's office and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from February 14, 2009, through and including December 31, 2011.
