A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Harbor Island surplussing analysis as required by the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 110, Proviso P3.

                     WHEREAS, the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 110, Proviso P3, the King County council adopted and the executive approved a proviso encumbering $1,000,000 from the solid waste operating fund and requiring an Harbor Island surplussing analysis and a motion acknowledging receipt of said Harbor Island surplussing analysis, and

                     WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted to the council the requested analysis entitled Harbor Island Surplussing Analysis along with a motion acknowledging the receipt thereof;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The King County council hereby acknowledges receipt of the Harbor Island

Surplussing Analysis, Attachment A to this motion, as required by Ordinance 20023, Section 110, Proviso P3.
