AN ORDINANCE concurring with the recommendation of the hearing examiner to approve, subject to conditions, reclassification of certain property located at Parcels west of 3225 S 288th Street, Auburn, as described in department of permitting and environmental review file no. LUT4170002 from NB-P to NB, at the request of Federal Way First Presbyterian, and amending King County Title 21A, as amended, by modifying the zoning map to reflect this reclassification.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance adopts and incorporates the findings and conclusions of the December 18, 2017, report and recommendation of the hearing examiner, filed with the clerk of the council on January 16, 2018, upon the application of Federal Way First Presbyterian to reclassify certain property described in department of permitting and environmental review file no. LUT4170002.
SECTION 2. The recommendation of the hearing examiner to reclassify the subject property from NB-P to NB is hereby adopted, subject to conditions. Upon this ordinance becoming effective, the department of development and environmental services shall amend the official zoning maps of King County to reflect this action.
