A MOTION acknowledging receipt of a report pertaining to Harborview Medical Center Medicaid Reserve spending plans, as required by the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 102, Proviso P4.

WHEREAS, the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, included Section 102, Proviso P4, which called for the executive to transmit a report from the Harborview board of trustees regarding spending plans for the $31,000,000 Medicaid reserve, and a motion acknowledging receipt of the report, and
WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted to the council the required report entitled 2026 Hospital Tax Medicaid Reserve Spending Plan along with a motion acknowledging the receipt thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The King County council hereby acknowledges receipt of Attachment A to this
motion, 2026 County Hospital Tax Medicaid Reserve Spending Plans, as required by Ordinance 20023, Section 102, Proviso P4.
