      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Office of Emergency Management; Project/Program Manager III) representing employees in the department of executive services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2005, through and including March 31, 2008.
