Title

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the execution of a lease at an existing location to support the operation of the department of natural resources and parks.

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from the United States Government, Department of the Army, located at l8205 Southeast Cougar Mountain Drive, Renton, within council district nine.  The facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute an assignment of a lease for the property located at l8205 Southeast Cougar Mountain Drive, Renton, with the United

States Government, Department of the Army, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
