Title
A MOTION approving the business plan for the King County office of economic and financial analysis.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2007 King County budget, adopted as Ordinance 15652, included funding for a potential new agency, the office of economic and financial analysis, and
WHEREAS, $50,000 of this appropriation was restricted by Ordinance 15652 to be used by the council to develop a business plan to establish the office of economic and financial analysis, and
WHEREAS, the King County council contracted with an outside consultant, FCS Group, to prepare the business plan, and
WHEREAS, the business plan has been completed and has been reviewed in accordance with the proviso in the 2007 budget ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The business plan for the office of economic and financial analysis is hereby approved.
