      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Section Managers), representing employees in the departments of transportation, natural resources and parks and development and environmental services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said collective bargaining agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2005, through and including December 31, 2007.
