Title
A RESOLUTION authorizing the chair of the King County Ferry District board to execute an addendum to the interlocal agreement with King County related to the county providing passenger only ferry service, capital investment program implementation and operational support services to the district.
Body
WHEREAS, on November 5, 2012, the board of supervisors of the King County Ferry District ("District") adopted Resolution FD2012-09, which approved an interlocal agreement with King County ("Interlocal Agreement") related to the county providing passenger only ferry service, capital investment program implementation and operational support services to the District; and
      WHEREAS, the District and the county desire to amend the Interlocal Agreement to address a matter related to timing of payments; now, therefore
      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FERRY DISTRICT:
SECTION 1.      The board of supervisors of the King County Ferry District approves the Addendum to the Interlocal Agreement Between King County and the King
County Ferry District Regarding Administrative and Support Services, Attachment A to this resolution, and authorizes the chair to sign the Addendum.
