AN ORDINANCE creating the Harborview construction and infrastructure administration fund; and adding a new section to K.C.C. chapter 4A.200.

Body

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

Creation of a new fund specific to Harborview construction and infrastructure activities managed by the county will support increased transparency and tracking specific to operational costs associated with Harborview construction and infrastructure activities. The main sources of revenue for the fund are project reimbursement from the County Hospital Levy and the capital bond program.  Creation of a new Harborview construction and infrastructure fund to be managed by the department of executive services will support the centralization of all county-responsible construction and real estate activities located on the Harborview Campus.

                     D.  Reimbursements for county administrative and project management costs related to county-responsible construction and infrastructure activities on the Harborview Campus shall be deposited in the fund.
