Title

A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Harborview Medical Center Long-Range Planning Committee Plan required by the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 17, Proviso P8.

Body

                     WHEREAS, the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 17, Proviso P8, requires the executive to transmit a plan to establish a Harborview Medical Center long-range planning committee as described at Section 6.2 of the hospital services agreement, and

                     WHEREAS, Ordinance 20023, Section 17, Proviso P8, further requires the executive to submit a motion that acknowledges receipt of the Harborview Medical Center Long-Range Planning Committee Plan;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the Harborview Medical Center Long-Range Planning Committee

Plan, which is Attachment A to this motion, in compliance with Ordinance 20023, Section 17, Proviso P8, is hereby acknowledged.
