Title

AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the Memorandum of Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Service Employees International Union, Local 925, representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks, and establishing the effective date of the agreement.

Body

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Memorandum of Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Service Employees International Union, Local 925, representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on the effective date of this ordinance, through and including December 31, 2025.
