Title

A MOTION appointing members to the King County E-911 strategic plan scoping committee.

Body

                     WHEREAS, Ordinance 18139 established the King County E-911 strategic plan scoping committee, consisting of a leadership group and a project coordination team; and

                     WHEREAS, the committee's purpose is to recommend a strategic planning process report as specified in Ordinance 18139 by May 31, 2016; and

                     WHEREAS, Ordinance 18139 requested the specified entities to make recommendations of persons to serve on as members of the leadership group or the project coordination team, with the council appointing such members by motion; and

                     WHEREAS, except for the city of Seattle, which has advised the council that it will make its recommendations for its two councilmembers to serve on the leadership group in 2016, the council has received the recommendations from the specified entities for the committee;

                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     A.  The members of the leadership group of the E-911 strategic plan scoping committee listed in Attachment A to this motion are hereby appointed.

                     B.  The members of the project coordination team of the E-911 strategic plan scoping committee listed in Attachment B to this motion are hereby appointed.
