A MOTION authorizing the Chair to enter into an amendment to the contract for accounting services.

                     WHEREAS, by Motion FCD21-01, the King County Flood Control District ("the District") authorized the 2022 amendment to the contract for accounting services with Francis & Company PLLC, and

                     WHEREAS, the District has determined it is in the best interest of the District to approve an amendment to the current contract for accounting services;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:

                     SECTION 1.  The Chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is

 

 

authorized to enter into the 2022 Amendment to Contract for Accounting Services, Attachment A to this motion.
