A MOTION accepting the facility management division's Capital Project Third Quarter 2010 Report required by a proviso included in the capital program section of the 2010 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 16717, Section 112, Proviso P2, as it pertains to all capital projects managed by the facility management division.

WHEREAS, the 2010 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 16717, Section 112, Proviso P2, required the preparation of quarterly reports for the first three quarters of 2010 to include original project information, project status information, project management hours and appropriation expended with quarterly milestone status, and
WHEREAS, the county council and executive staff negotiated modifications to the list of required capital project information for the third quarter report, and
WHEREAS, the report developed and transmitted herein has been prepared according to the negotiated report content requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The King County council accepts the facility management division's capital project report for the third quarter of 2010.
