                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Joint Crafts Council - Construction Crafts - North Coast States Regional Council of Carpenters, representing Carpenter II employees in the department of local services and the department of executive services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on the first day of the first full pay period following the effective date of this ordinance.
