      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of understanding extending for six months the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Supervisors), representing employees in the department of transportation and the department of natural resources and parks, and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2003, through and including June 3, 2003.
