      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and four memoranda of agreement negotiated between King County and Washington State Council of County and City Employees, Council 2, Local 1652R (Industrial and Hazardous Waste) representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2003, through and including December 31, 2005.
