AN ORDINANCE relating to the change of name of Shoreline water district to North City water district.

STATEMENT OF FACTS:
1.  The board of commissioners of Shoreline water district has determined that it would be in the best interest of the district to change its name to "North City Water District."
2.  The district adopted Resolution 2013.09.36 on September 3, 2013, which was filed with the King County council on December 4, 2013, resolving to change the name of the district from Shoreline water district to "North City Water District."
      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The King County council, under RCW 57.04.065, approves the change in the name of Shoreline water district to North City water district.
