      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Court Reporters - Superior Court) representing employees in superior court and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2009.
