      WHEREAS, the Board wishes to have the executive committee perform certain executive functions in limited circumstances;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
      SECTION 1.  The bylaws of the King County Flood Control Zone district, as amended
 
by Attachment A to this resolution, amending Section 4 of the bylaws, are adopted.
