      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Joint Crafts Council, Construction Crafts representing employees in the departments of transportation, natural resources and parks, executive services, adult and juvenile detention, public health and community and human services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2003, through and including December 31, 2003.
