AN ORDINANCE authorizing the execution of an amendment to an existing lease to support the operation of the department of public health.

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from SeaTac Village Shopping Center, LLC, located at 1640 S. 318th Place, Suite B, Federal Way, within council district seven, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute an amendment to an existing lease for the property located at 1640 S. 318th Place, Suite B, Federal Way, with SeaTac

Village Shopping Center, LLC, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
