STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from King County Housing Authority, located at 13111 SE 274th Street, Kent, within council district five, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to amend and restate an existing lease.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute an amended and restated lease for the property located at 13111 SE 274th Street, Kent, with King County Housing Authority, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all

actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease in support of the operation of public health - Seattle & King County.
