Title

A MOTION acknowledging receipt of a plan for expanding and improving public access to criminal data information on the prosecuting attorney's office data dashboard for juvenile cases and a report on sexual assault cases in compliance with the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, 19861, Section 31, Proviso P1 and P2.

Body

                     WHEREAS, the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, 19861, Section 31, appropriated moneys from the general fund to the prosecuting attorney, and Proviso P1 and Proviso P2 required the prosecuting attorney to transmit a plan for expanding and improving public access to criminal data information on the prosecuting attorney's office data dashboard for juvenile cases, a report on sexual assault cases and a motion that should acknowledge receipt of the plan by June 30, 2025, and the report by July 31, 2025;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     Receipt of the prosecuting attorney's office proviso response, Attachment A to

this motion, in response to the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, 19861, Section 31, Proviso P1 and Proviso P2, is hereby acknowledged.
