      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 (graphic design) representing employees in the department of executive services, division of information and telecommunication services, printing and graphics section and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2002, through and including December 31, 2004.
