AN ORDINANCE establishing a new fund, the risk abatement fund, for the purpose of processing administrative and related costs associated with fund activity; making technical corrections; amending Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 and adding a new section to K.C.C. chapter 4.08.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
NEW SECTION. SECTION 1. There is hereby added to K.C.C. chapter 4.08 a new section to read as follows:
There is hereby established the risk abatement fund. This fund shall be a first tier fund managed by the office of management and budget. The fund shall be used to process administrative and related costs associated with fund activity.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 12076, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
