      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 14670, adopted June 2, 2003, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.       This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated May 5, 2003, to deny the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Murray Franklyn Company for property located at 2173x Northeast 201st Court, Woodinville, Washington 98072, designated department of natural resources, water and land resources division file no. E02CT047 and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
