                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Juvenile Detention Guild, representing juvenile detention officers in the juvenile division of the department of adult and juvenile detention, which is Attachment A to this ordinance; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on January 1, 2026, through and including December 31, 2028.
