                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Washington State Nurses Association, representing nurse supervisors and managers in the department of public health and the department of adult and juvenile detention, which is Attachment A to this ordinance; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on January 1, 2026, through and including December 31, 2029.
