A MOTION approving the Vashon Highway Preservation Alternatives Analysis Revised Work Plan.

WHEREAS, the King County council in approving the 2007 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15652, included two provisos that limit expenditure or encumbrance of funds for the Vashon Highway Preservation project (CIP 300310), until the council approves by motion a revised work plan transmitted by the executive for an alternatives analysis of the project, and
WHEREAS, the provisos are contained in Ordinance 15652, section 58, P3, and section 120, P3, and
WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted a revised work plan in response to a revised interpretation of the provisos, and
WHEREAS, the revised work plan includes a scope of work, tasks, list of evaluative criteria to be used, schedule, milestones and budget for the work, in satisfaction of the requirements specified in the provisos;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The revised work plan entitled Vashon Highway Preservation Alternatives Analysis Work Plan is hereby approved.
