BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated February 24, 2014, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Dave and Elle Potter and Kathleen and Joshua Allen for property located at 407 and 415 West Griffin Creek Road NE, Carnation, WA, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no.
