AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $646,550 from the current expense fund to several current expense agencies; making a supplemental appropriation of $18,839,919 to various non-current expense agencies; and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 16, 27, 28, 30, 68, 71, 80, 85, 87, 91, 92, 107 and 116 as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. From the current expense fund there is hereby approved and adopted a total of $646,550 of appropriation to various current expense agencies.
From various other funds there is hereby approved and adopted a total of $18,839,919 of appropriation to various non-current expense agencies to provide additional supplemental budget authority for unanticipated needs.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 14265, Section 16, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
SHERIFF - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Sheriff $103,300
SECTION 3. Ordinance 14265, Section 27, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
RECORDS AND ELECTIONS - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Records and elections $98,250
SECTION 4. Ordinance 14265, Section 28, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Prosecuting attorney $418,000
The maximum number of additional FTEs for prosecuting attorney shall be: 6.00
PROVIDED FURTHER THAT:
Of the appropriations to the Prosecuting Attorney prior to the enactment of this ordinance, $50,000 shall be expended solely as a transfer of funds to water and land resources Project OA1205, May Valley.
SECTION 5. Ordinance 14265, Section 30, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
