BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted an ordinance making a supplemental appropriation of $27,100 from the current expense fund (salary and wage contingency) to the department of judicial administration, to implement the Service Employees International Union, Public Safety Employees, Local 519 Collective Bargaining Agreement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 15333, Section 35, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
SALARY AND WAGE CONTINGENCY - From the current expense fund there is hereby disappropriated from:
Salary and wage contingency ($27,100)
SECTION 2. Ordinance 15333, Section 40, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
DEPARTMENT OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION - From the current expense
fund there is hereby appropriated to:
