AN ORDINANCE authorizing the vacation of a portion of 107th Place NE, File V-2437A, Petitioner: Bryan Loveless.
body
1. A petition has been filed requesting vacation of that portion of 107th Place NE hereinafter described.
2. The department of transportation notified the various utility companies serving the area and has been advised that all necessary easements within the vacation area have been obtained.
3. The department of transportation records indicates that King County has been maintaining the 107th Place NE right-of-way. The records indicate that no public funds have been expended for its acquisition.

King County is in receipt of $879.54 from the petitioner.
6. A waiver of liability and hold harmless covenant was required as a condition of the subject road vacation. The covenant is shown as Attachment B to this ordinance.
Due notice was given in the manner provided by law and a hearing was held by the office of the hearing examiner on the 1st day of May, 2003.
In consideration of the benefits to be derived from the subject vacation the council has determined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of King County to grant said petition.
