A MOTION approving the first quarter financial report from the office of the assessor; meeting the requirements of a budget proviso presented in Ordinance 15083, Section 37.

      WHEREAS, the 2005 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15083, Section 37, declared that the office of the assessor is to develop a quarterly reporting format to monitor the actual expenditures from the appropriation of $567,000 from the current expense fund, and
      WHEREAS, the office of the assessor has developed a quarterly reporting format and has produced a report on the actual expenditures of the assessor's office for the first quarter of 2005, and
      WHEREAS, the office management and budget has worked with representatives from the office of assessments and the staff of the council, and has reviewed the reporting format and the 2005 first quarter actual expenditures;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
 
      The office of the assessor's report on actual expenditures for the first quarter of 2005, Attachment A to this motion, is hereby approved.
