AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and PROTEC17, representing Engineering Services Manager employees in the department of natural resources and parks; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and PROTEC17, representing Engineering Services Manager employees in the department of natural resources and parks, which is Attachment A to this ordinance; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on the first day of the first full pay period following the effective date of the ordinance.
