Title

A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Voluntary Safe Firearm and Ammunition Return Program Feasibility Report required by Motion 16180.

Body

                     WHEREAS, Motion 16180 requires the executive to transmit a voluntary safe firearm and ammunition return program feasibility report, and

                     WHEREAS, Ordinance 16180 further requires the executive to submit a motion that acknowledges receipt of the vountary safe firearm and ammunition return program feasibility report;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the Voluntary Safe Firearm and Ammunition Return Program

Feasibility Report, which is Attachment A to this motion, in compliance with the Motion 16180, is hereby acknowledged.
