AN ORDINANCE making a net supplemental appropriation of $14,764,000 to various general fund agencies, a net supplemental appropriation of $22,959,000 to various non-general fund agencies and a net supplemental appropriation of $1,670,000 from various capital fund budgets; and amending the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19861, Sections 34, 46, 54, 55, 83, 83, 86, 91, 117, 120, and 130, as amended, and Attachment A, as amended.

SECTION 1. Ordinance 19861, Section 34, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:

GENERAL FUND TRANSFER TO DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND HUMAN SERVICES - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:

SECTION 3. Ordinance 19861, Section 54, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
ADULT AND JUVENILE DETENTION - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Adult and juvenile detention $6,500,000
SECTION 4. Ordinance 19861, Section 55, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
PUBLIC DEFENSE - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Public defense $6,950,000
SECTION 5. Ordinance 19861, Section 83, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:?
