STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the property located at 46502 268th Avenue SE, King County, Washington, located within council district nine, the facilities management division completed the surplus property, affordable housing and public notice requirements.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to convey the property at 46502 268th Avenue SE, King County, to Kenny Bosik and Jessica Mavin consistent with a purchase and sale agreement substantially in the form of Attachments A and B to this ordinance

 

and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the purchase and saleagreement.
