      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17, representing employees in the departments of development and environmental services, natural resources and parks, and transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from February 7, 2003, through and including May 1, 2005.
