AN ORDINANCE making a net supplemental appropriation of $26,952,134 to two non-current expense funds, including a supplemental appropriation of $2,815,286 to the marine division and $24,136,848 to the King County flood control contract fund and deleting a current expense fund proviso for cable communications; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Sections 27, 92, 112 and 130, as amended, and Attachment B, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  From the flood control contract fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $24,136,848 to King County flood control contract fund to implement capital contracts, and from the marine division operating fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $2,815,286 to the marine division to implement operational and capital programs, and deleting a proviso for cable communications in the current expense fund.  The King County flood control capital contract fund is disappropriated from the general government capital improvement section.  
      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15975, Section 27, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      CABLE COMMUNICATIONS - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
      Cable communications      $0
      ((P1 PROVIDED THAT:
      Of this appropriation, $30,900 shall not be expended or encumbered until the council adopts legislation declaring the county's policy priorities to guide the county in its negotiations on cable system franchise agreement in unincorporated King County.))
      SECTION 3.  Ordinance 15975, Section 92, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL CONTRACT FUND - From the King County flood control contract fund there is hereby appropriated to:
      King County flood control contract fund      $24,136,848
SECTION 4.  Ordinance 15975, Section 112, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      MARINE DIVISION - From the marine operating fund there is hereby appropriated to:
      Marine division      $2,815,286
      SECTION 5.  Ordinance 15975, Section 130, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting the following:
      From the king county flood control capital contract fund there is hereby disappropriated the following amount identified in Attachment A to this ordinance.
