      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  This ordinance adopts and incorporates the findings and conclusions of the hearing examiner's January 26, 2015, report and recommendation, filed with the clerk of the council on February 10, 2015, upon the application of Franklin Ridge Sand and Gravel to reclassify certain property described in department of permitting and environmental review file no. L07TY402.
      SECTION 2.  The recommendation of the hearing examiner to reclassify the subject property from RA-10 (Rural Area, one dwelling unit per acres) to M (Mineral) is hereby adopted, subject to conditions.  Upon this ordinance becoming effective, the land use services division shall amend the official zoning maps of King County to reflect this action.
