A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Factoria recycling and transfer station workforce diversity final report required by Ordinance 17830, Section 2.

                     WHEREAS, Ordinance 17830, Section 2 states that by June 30, 2017, a final workforce diversity report that describes the results of efforts undertaken to ensure participation by minority-owned businesses and women-owned businesses in the construction of the Factoria recycling and transfer station shall be submitted, and

                     WHEREAS, the final report is submitted by the department of natural resources and parks, solid waste division, to fulfill this requirement;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the Factoria recycling and transfer station workforce diversity final

report, Attachment A to this motion, as required by Ordinance 17830, Section 2, is hereby acknowledged.
