                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Public Safety Employees Union (Communications Specialists Supervisors - King County Sheriff's Office) representing employees in the King County sheriff's office, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2016, through and including December 31, 2016.
