WHEREAS, the King County Flood Control Zone District and Mark Hoppen, Executive Director, wish to enter into a Separation Agreement; now, therefore,
BE IT MOVED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE KING COUNTYFLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
The Separation Agreement between Mark Hoppen, Executive Director, and the
King County Flood Control Zone District is hereby approved and the Chair of the Executive Committee is authorized to sign the Agreement.
