AN ORDINANCE regarding regional planning; making a supplemental appropriation of $100,899 to the office of performance, strategy and budget and a disappropriation of $100,899 from department of permitting and environmental review planning and permitting and a disappropriation of $54,523 from the physical environment general fund transfers; and amending the 2014 Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 17695, Sections 18 and 44, as amended, and the 2013/2014 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 17476, Section 93, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 17695, Section 18, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
OFFICE OF PERFORMANCE, STRATEGY AND BUDGET - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Performance, strategy and budget $100,899
The maximum number of additional FTEs for the office of performance, strategy and budget shall be: 2.00
SECTION 2. Ordinance 17695, Section 44, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT GF TRANSFERS - From the general fund there is hereby disappropriated from:
Physical environment GF transfers ($54,523)
SECTION 3. Ordinance 17476, Section 93, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
DPER PLANNING AND PERMITTING - From the DPER planning and permitting subfund for the 2013/2014 biennium there is hereby disappropriated from:
Planning and permitting ($100,899)
The maximum number of additional FTEs for DPER planning and permitting
shall be: (2.00)
